Refund & Warranty Policy

60-day returns. Not the one for you? Send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — used or unused, no restocking fees, no questions.

2-year warranty. Every ANRAY tool is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the day it arrives. If it fails under normal use, we replace it.

How to start. Email business@anray.com with your order number and a short note. We'll send a prepaid return label and walk you through the rest.

Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and ordinary wear from regular use.
